Californian in Kansas: Goodbyes, College, and Confusion

What's up family and friends!!

This was a very interesting week! I had to say goodbye to all of the amazing people I met in Wichita. It was really tough but it was so cool to be able to see how many people that played a huge role in the beginning of my mission. I definitely plan to come back and visit a lot of the people I met here. On Monday night we ate Dinner with Maria and Elena and Ramon. Maria and Ramon are literally my Mexican grandparents I love them so much. On Tuesday we said goodbye to the Martinez family and the Arambulas. It was funny because there were like 8 missionaries there because there were missionaries showing up for transfers that wanted to meet them.

Wednesday was the official day of transfers and that day was crazyyyyy. I got to see so many missionaries that I hadn't seen in a long time. And I had a lot of them sign my Kansas flag. By the time we left we had about a 2 hour drive north to Manhattan. On the way up we had to collect Stake reports which is like a bunch of reports from all of the missionaries in the zone. That was tons of fun because our laptop and phone died on the way up. Then we came to a not very well kept apartment and Area Book so we had to start over from scratch. We did have a few cool investigators and are teaching someone that speaks only spanish which is a blessing. And we are teaching a man named Johnny from India and his house smells like an Indian cuisine. It's pretty awesome. Other than that, we are covering a family ward and a College Branch. It was hectic trying to get to both sacrament meetings to be with our investigators. But thankfully the members here rock and were loads of help.

I cant really think of anything else to say but my apartment has wifi so thats really cool and we get to go to the gym every morning and it is so nice to be able to lift again. If y'all have any questions you can email me sorry this one is really lame! Love you!!
